It sits just south of U.S. Route 50 (John Mosby Highway), with Gum Spring Road roughly marking its eastern edge and Goshen Road its western edge. Arcola lies to the north and South Riding to the east, homes use Aldie mailing addresses, and Washington Dulles International Airport and Chantilly are a short drive east along Route 50. Residents share a clubhouse with a fitness center, swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds and walking trails, and the Stone Ridge Village Center offers shopping and dining.
