1. Rental Agreement
By booking a vehicle through My Sugar Exotics, you agree to these terms and conditions. All rentals are subject to vehicle availability, driver eligibility, and insurance verification. A signed rental agreement is required before vehicle pickup or delivery.
2. Driver Requirements
Drivers must hold a valid U.S. driver's license and meet the minimum age requirement for the specific vehicle. Full-coverage auto insurance with minimum limits of $100,000/$300,000 is required. Additional insurance may be required for certain vehicles.
3. Security Deposit
A security deposit is required for all rentals. Deposit amounts vary by vehicle and range from $100 to $2,000. Deposits are held via credit card authorization and released upon satisfactory return of the vehicle.
4. Vehicle Use
Vehicles must be used in accordance with all applicable traffic laws. Racing, off-road use, smoking in the vehicle, and transporting pets are prohibited unless explicitly agreed in writing. Sub-leasing or allowing unauthorized drivers is strictly prohibited.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 or more hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the rental total. No-shows forfeit the full rental amount.
6. Damage & Liability
The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period, including damage caused by road hazards, weather, or third parties. The renter's insurance policy is primary. Any deductible or uncovered amounts are the renter's responsibility.
7. Delivery
Pickup at our Gaithersburg, MD headquarters is free. Delivery fees apply for other locations and are based on distance. The renter must be present at the delivery location at the agreed time. Wait time beyond 30 minutes may incur additional charges.
