1. Rental Agreement

By booking a vehicle through Supercars By The Day, you agree to these terms and conditions. All rentals are subject to vehicle availability, driver eligibility, and insurance verification. A signed rental agreement is required before vehicle pickup or delivery.

2. Driver Requirements

Drivers must hold a valid U.S. driver's license and be at least 18 years old. There is no young-driver fee. Full-coverage auto insurance with minimum limits of $100,000 bodily injury per person, $100,000 property damage and $100,000 collision is required. Additional insurance may be required for certain vehicles.

3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for self-drive rentals. The amount varies by vehicle and is shown on each vehicle's page. The deposit can be paid by any of our accepted payment methods (all major credit cards, crypto, Apple Pay, Cash App, Zelle and Amazon Pay) and is returned within 24–48 hours after we get the car back and inspect it for damage.

4. Vehicle Use

Vehicles must be used in accordance with all applicable traffic laws. Racing, off-road use, smoking in the vehicle, and transporting pets are prohibited unless explicitly agreed in writing. Sub-leasing or allowing unauthorized drivers is strictly prohibited.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled pickup receive 100% of the payment as store credit.

If you're delayed or have any problem collecting the car, for example because of a late flight, contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with you.

6. Damage & Liability

The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period, including damage caused by road hazards, weather, or third parties. The renter's insurance policy is primary. Any deductible or uncovered amounts are the renter's responsibility.

7. Delivery

Pickup at our Rockville, MD headquarters is free. Delivery fees apply for other locations and are based on distance. The renter must be present at the delivery location at the agreed time. Wait time beyond 30 minutes may incur additional charges.
