Rental Agreement

Who may drive

Only the renter and any additional drivers named on the agreement may operate the vehicle. All drivers must be 25 or older unless separately approved in writing, hold a valid licence, and carry full-coverage insurance in their own name.

Allowing an unlisted person to drive voids all coverage and makes the renter liable for the full value of the vehicle.

Permitted use

The vehicle may not be used for racing, timed events, off-road driving, driving instruction, towing, ridesharing or subletting, nor taken outside the agreed geographic area without written consent.

Smoking and pets are not permitted in any vehicle. Cleaning charges apply where either occurs.

Mileage and fuel

Each rental includes the daily mileage stated on the signed agreement. Additional miles are charged at the per-mile rate confirmed with your booking. Vehicles are supplied full and must be returned full; otherwise refuelling is charged at cost plus a service fee.

Damage, citations and recovery

The renter is responsible for damage, loss and theft during the rental period, and for all tolls, parking and traffic citations issued during it, plus an administrative fee per citation processed.

Vehicles carry GPS tracking. We may recover a vehicle at the renter's expense where the agreement is breached.

Return

Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time and location. Late returns are charged at the hourly rate up to a full additional day. The deposit is released after inspection, usually within five business days.
