Here's what's included, what it costs, and what to expect when you book a chauffeur or private driver with us.

Why book a chauffeur

No age minimum and no insurance needed. You're a passenger, so the requirements for driving the car yourself don't apply. That makes it a great fit for proms, birthdays, and anyone who would rather not drive.

No parking, no traffic stress. Your driver handles the roads, the parking, and the timings, so you can relax, get ready, or catch up on work between stops.

Every car in the fleet. Our chauffeurs drive everything from comfortable SUVs to Rolls-Royces, Maybachs, and Lamborghinis.

One price that covers the essentials. The hourly rate includes the car, the driver, fuel, and insurance. Tolls and parking are charged separately, at cost.

What people book us for

Weddings

Arrive in a Rolls-Royce, a Maybach, or our classic 1965 Mustang convertible, with extra cars for the wedding party. Your driver stays with you for your booked hours, including the time between the ceremony and the reception, and decorations can be arranged with your booking.

Prom and formals

For prom, homecoming, and graduation, we agree on the route and pickup times in advance, and your driver keeps to the schedule. SUVs such as the G-Wagon and Escalade are popular for friends traveling together, and we'll help you check the space for your group.

Corporate and executive travel

Travel in a quiet, comfortable sedan or SUV between Dulles, Reagan National, downtown DC, and Northern Virginia. Book by the hour for a single meeting, by the day when your schedule keeps changing, or ask about a standing arrangement for regular travel.

Airport transfers

We offer meet-and-greet service at BWI, Reagan National (DCA), and Dulles (IAD), including private terminals. Share your flight number and we'll track your flight, so your car is waiting whether you land early or late. Tell us how many passengers and suitcases are traveling, and we'll match a car with enough room.

Nights out and special occasions

Whether it's a date night, a birthday, an anniversary, a concert, or dinner in DC, book the hours you need and let your driver get you home. Want to make it extra special? Any car can come with a bouquet of long-stem roses, placed inside and ready when the car arrives, and champagne on arrival can be added too. Order roses at least 16 hours ahead, and ask us whether your booking qualifies for complimentary roses.

Choosing the right car

Start with your group size and luggage. Our chauffeur page lists each car's capacity and suitcase space. The figure labeled passengers includes the driver's seat, so allow for one fewer passenger when booking with a chauffeur.

• For couples and business travelers: a Rolls-Royce or Maybach offers a spacious, quiet back seat.
• For groups of up to six: a Cadillac Escalade seats six passengers plus your chauffeur.
• For a big entrance: a two-seat supercar works too, but with our driver at the wheel, there's room for one passenger.
• For larger groups or wedding parties: we can book several cars together and give you one price for the day.

Traveling with little ones? Child safety seats can be added to your booking; tell us your child's age and size so we can have the right seat ready. Not sure which car suits your plans? Tell us who's coming and where you're going, and we'll suggest the best fit.

How booking works

Booking starts with the details of your day: the date, start time, how many hours you need, your pickup and drop-off addresses, and how many passengers and suitcases are traveling. Once you confirm, the car and the date are held for you.

Before the day, we brief your chauffeur with the itinerary, including venue contacts and any timings that can't slip. All that's left for you is to sit back and let your chauffeur take care of the driving.

Our online chauffeur form offers set durations from 4 to 24 hours and shows your price before the payment step, and nothing is charged until you confirm. For longer plans, other payment options, or help booking, call us and we'll build the quote with you.

Planning something bigger, such as a wedding, a funeral, or an event with several cars? Our team can put together a custom plan for the drivers and cars you need.

On the day

Your chauffeur arrives before your pickup time, with the car washed and detailed. If anything changes during the day, just call our team instead of rebooking online, and we'll sort it out by phone.

If plans change

If you need more time or another stop. Call us as soon as you know, and we'll work out the extra time or the new stop with you.

If your flight is delayed. We track your flight and adjust the pickup time, so you won't be left waiting at the curb.

If your group grows. Ask about a larger car or an additional vehicle, and we'll check what's free.

If you're booking at short notice. We accept same-day bookings when a car and chauffeur are free, so it's always worth calling.

If you need to cancel or change your date. Let us know as soon as you can, ideally at least 48 hours before your booking starts. If you cancel, you'll receive credit to use on a future booking within one year of when you paid.

If you're traveling farther afield. We can take you beyond DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Travel costs outside the area are added to your bill, so tell us your plans and we'll include them in your quote.

Pricing

Chauffeured bookings are priced by the car and the number of hours, with a minimum of 4 hours. Example starting rates:

• Tesla Model 3: from $33.17 per hour, our lowest rate.
• Cadillac Escalade Platinum: from $48.33 per hour.
• Mercedes-Maybach S580: from $219 per hour.
• Rolls-Royce Cullinan: from $269 per hour.

These are starting points, and every booking gets a custom quote. Full days, weddings, and multi-car bookings are quoted as packages.
